Giuliani for mayor!

I'm trying to follow the presidential race as little as possible but I did see that Rudolph Giuliani visited San Francisco recently. This is what he said he would recommend for SF's homeless problem:

"The correct, loving, caring social policy is to engage, not ignore ... to discourage, not encourage," ... "We would tell them, you can't live on the street; you're not allowed to."

Sounds good to me. Rudy for mayor!
